CHORES PROJECT SUMMARY
GRENADA September 2005

1. The pediatric cardiology clinic saw 93 patients of which 81 had echocardiographic studies.
   Total professional fees - $97,200US.
2. The plastic surgeon evaluated 36 patients and performed 25 surgical procedures.
   Anesthesia was provided by CHORES anesthesiology
   Total professional fees $78,425US.
3. The speech, physical and occupational therapists saw - 231 patients.
   Total professional fees - $41,580US.
4. The prosthesist evaluated 18 patients and delivered 9 prosthesis
   Total professional fees - $24,750US
5. A week long First Responder Course was held for 18 members of the Ambulance Corp, Fire Department and Police Force.
   Total professional fees - $2500US
6. Materials donated in spring shipment – $13,701US

PLAN FOR GRENADA PROJECT
April 2006

1. The pediatric cardiology clinic will be staffed by two cardiologists an ultrasonographer, and a pediatrician.
2. Two orthopaedic surgeons will accompany the project. A pediatric anesthesiologist will accompany the project. A specialized surgical tech will also accompany the project.
3. A pediatric physical, speech and occupational therapist and will accompany the project.
4. An audiologist will accompany the project.
5. The prosthetist will again accompany the project.
6. A contractor will accompany the project
